Shipping & Returns
We offer a flat shipping rate of €4.95. We currently do not ship to any countries outside of the European Union.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. The shipping time varies depending on the destination country. For more information, please refer to the chart below.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a tracking number by email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier complications, or holiday-related delays.
Returns
If you wish to return an item you must contact us at info@magicmangoes.eu within 14 days from the day the order was picked up to request the return. You must cover the shipping costs yourself unless there is an issue with the order ( a.e wrong product, defective product)
Returned items should be:
- Unworn except for trying them on.
- Unwashed.
- Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or other signs of use.
If a product has been used beyond what is necessary, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, as permitted under EU consumer law.
Opening the product packaging does not affect your right to return the item.
Failing to collect an order from its pickup location does not qualify as a return. The order must be collected from the post office/pickup point even if you wish to return it. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 15€.
Problem with Order
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, or in case of any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us at info@magicmangoes.eu as soon as possible.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include the following:
- A brief description of the issue with your order.
- One or more clear photos of the damage or defect, taken in good lighting.
- Let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
